These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all use of this website, all business inquiries, quotations, orders and cross-border goods transactions between Jinan Changyun Automobile Sales Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (the Buyer / Customer). The Buyer may be a commercial enterprise or a natural person purchasing commercial vehicle spare parts for self-maintenance, fleet servicing or resale. This website supports both B2B corporate procurement and B2C individual purchasing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, placing orders and completing cross-border transactions, you confirm that you possess full capacity for civil conduct and voluntarily agree to bebound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy in full. If you disagree with any provision herein, please cease using this website immediately and refrain from submitting any inquiries or orders.

2. Product & Quotation Terms

We specialize in replacement spare parts for commercial vehicles and buses, covering mechanical components, electrical parts, engine accessories, body fittings and supporting spare parts for commercial vehicle maintenance.

• All product specifications, images and descriptions displayed on the website are for reference only. Minor visual discrepancies shall not affect part compatibility and normal functional performance.

• All quotations remain valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise notified in advance by us.

• Prior to confirmation of payment receipt, we reserve the right to adjust product prices due to objective market factors including raw material price fluctuations, exchange rate movements and inventory updates.

• For bulk wholesale orders and consolidated fleet procurement orders, both parties may negotiate order confirmation procedures and payment arrangements.

3. Order & Payment Terms

• All submitted orders shall take effect only after our sales team verifies stock availability and issues written confirmation.

• In the event of stock shortages, system pricing errors, abnormal purchasing activity or fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders with timely notification to the Buyer, without additional compensation liability.

• Accepted payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

• We undertake standard product packaging and strict pre-shipment inspections to ensure goods are intact and comply with agreed quality standards upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, pictures, videos, logos and product materials published on the website are protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written consent, no party may copy, repost, resell or utilise website content for commercial promotion. All brand trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective original manufacturers. Trademarks are used solely for model matching and product description purposes and do not constitute representation that we are an officially authorized distributor of such brands.

6. Prohibited Uses

You warrant that you shall not utilise this website to conduct illegal transactions, fraud, infringement or other unauthorized commercial activities. In cases of false inquiries, malicious ordering, web data crawling, unfair competition and other misconduct, we may directly restrict website access rights, cancel relevant orders and reserve the right to claim compensation for actual losses incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are replacement spare parts for vehicles and engines, designed for fleet maintenance and vehicle component replacement. We guarantee all products meet OEM-matching specifications and deliver normal operational performance. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, overloading or failure to comply with official vehicle maintenance standards by the Buyer or local service technicians.

Under no circumstances shall our aggregate total liability arising out of any transaction exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.

8. Business Cooperation & After-sales Support

We provide professional technical guidance and matched after-sales support for bulk orders and long-term fleet maintenance partners. Long-term wholesale customers are entitled to benefits including customized quotations, priority shipment scheduling and inventory reservation.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. All disputes arising out of transactions between the parties shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, all disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at our company’s registered address for litigation.

10. Policy Update

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without separate advance notice to customers. Updated Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website page. Your continued browsing of the website, submission of inquiries or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of all updated Terms.

We reserve the right to reasonably interpret these terms in accordance with applicable laws.
